FAQ
What is USCFAR?
USCFAR, the US Coalition for Association Reform, is a federation of homeowners and condo owners dedicated to holding HOA and condo boards accountable. We aim to protect property rights, advocate for fair treatment, and promote transparency and reform in community associations through advocacy, legal action, and lobbying.
How much does it cost to join USCFAR?
Becoming a Founding Member of USCFAR costs just $15 for the first year. This special membership rate is available to the first 50,000 people who join USCFAR, and can be extended by our Founding Members to up to five (5) invitees who they refer. Founding Member's rates are discounted only for the first year of membership and will renew automatically at regular membership rates. Once all Founding Membership spots are taken, regular membership rates will apply ($29.99 annually). You may cancel anytime.
What benefits do I receive as a member of USCFAR?
As a member, you support our mission and will receive a bi-monthly newsletter, access to an online community for support and advice, resources and community support. Be part of a collective voice advocating for legislative changes to protect homeowners' rights.
How does USCFAR help homeowners facing issues with their HOA or condo board?
While we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, USCFAR provides members with legal resources, advocacy support, and a platform to share their experiences and seek advice from others. In the future, we plan to assist members with templates, letters, legal action, and may even support cases that can set a precedent for broader change.
How can I get involved with USCFAR beyond membership?
In addition to becoming a member, you can volunteer with us, advocate for change in your community, raise awareness, participate in lobbying efforts, and attend our events and webinars. We also offer opportunities to become an organizer in your local area and help grow our movement.
