Issues

USCFAR Stands For:

  • Constitutional Rights
  • Limiting the Power of Boards
  • Installing a System of Checks and Balances Within Association Governance
  • Limiting Restrictive Covenants
  • Demanding More From State Agencies
  • Tax Credits for Reduced Municipal Services
  • Simplification of Conflict Resolution Processes into Plain Language
  • Preventing Legal Fee Shifting To Property Owners
  • 3rd Party Accountability
  • Whistleblower Protections
  • Application of Criminal Law

By advocating for these changes, USCFAR aims to create a more balanced and equitable system for managing community associations, ensuring that homeowners' rights are upheld.

How We Can Make These Changes

This system is broken. It needs to be reformed, re-imagined or dissolved.

As individuals, we lack the time and resources to fight the system. But collectively, we can work with the best experts to chip away at what does not serve our best interests.

With more association communities being built every day and 57% of homeowners unhappy with their associations, the time to stand up and create real change is now.

Your financial support through membership enables USCFAR to work with the best Constitutional and Association attorneys, who will strategize on how to carry our mission forward and go to work on your behalf to write and promote legislation that favors us, the property owners.

With your support, we will hire the most influential and skilled lobbying firms to advance our mission. Together with our staff, these firms will regularly engage with elected officials to ensure they know that USCFAR seeks their support on the issues that matter most to our members.

We will work with politicians from all sides of the isle regardless of party. We will monitor their voting records and will keep our membership apprised which ones support our goals and which ones do not.

We will encourage our members to support and vote for the representatives that are in alignment with our core principles and to vote out the ones who are not.  We will challenge bad case law or legally support ongoing cases that can set legal precedent in our favor.

We will advocate rewriting governing documents to reflect the current will of the membership if required.

All of this can be accomplished with a large enough membership in USCFAR.

There is Power in Numbers.

There are 3.5 million HOA and Condominium households in our home State of Florida alone. And an estimated 75.5 million nationwide.

The bigger the membership grows, the bigger the clout.

Become a Founding Member today, and encourage your family and neighbors to join us too.

USCFAR will do the rest.
