We envision a more participatory system where members have a stronger voice in how their associations are run, and governance is shared by the community.

Where the board has shorter term limits, are directly accountable to their members, and do not operate separately from them.

In this future, members are able to resolve issues with their boards, without incurring legal fees. Instead, simple processes and standardized procedures enable communities to resolve common and unexpected problems quickly and easily.
